What I do
01 Strategy into delivery
Turn a board-endorsed strategy into a sequenced, governed portfolio. A roadmap built from a standing start, prioritisation that weighs value against capacity and dependencies, governance forums that make real decisions, and reporting an executive team can act on.
02 Programme turnaround & recovery
Step into a programme that has stalled and put the mechanisms in place to turn it around. Rebuild the plan, the governance and the stakeholder coalition that move it forward and keep it there. Get more from less. Leave the team more capable than I found it. I work with program and delivery leaders to strengthen decision-making, stakeholder leadership and delivery discipline — not simply repair the plan.
03 AI assurance & governance
Assess how an AI system is governed, and design the accountability model to deploy it safely. Grounded in a Master of Research on how assurance frameworks are applied to medical devices, and in hands-on deployment of AI-enabled platforms into hospital and research settings. Health first; the same accountability gap runs through government, regulators and research.
04 Interim delivery leadership
Hold a portfolio, PMO or transformation-lead seat for a defined period. Deliver against the plan, build the delivery capability of the people around me, and hand over an operation that runs without me. I take accountable ownership while developing the people around me, creating clear roles, stronger leadership capability and a confident handover.
